I got the tv just randomly. It was before the black Friday and just walking around inside Bestbuy and suddenly decided to buy a tv for my bedroom. The color is better than I thought, and 4K resolution is amazing especially when you have some 4K level videos to play with. And consider the price and brand, it is a great deal.

Great tv haven't had any issues with it at all and have had it for about a year now! strongly recommend this one!

I purchased two of these TV's which were at a great price and better yet they were a great quality. I pretty much only purchase Samsung TV's but I still look for the best reviewed ones and this one was and I concur. Not a tech junky, I just like a clear picture with great sound and this TV filled both of those requirements

Love the TV. Great resolution and quality. Smart apps are awesome. Would be nice it it had more. Only downside it doesn't have any buttona on the tv so you have to use the remote

This tv is definitely one of the best in its area for price and size. I use this mainly with my game systems and it works like a dream. The quality is very good, and there is no lag during gameplay compared to pervious tv's I have had. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent 40'. Can't go wrong with Samsung.

Good TV. Nothing special. Use it for the spare bedroom. Never hooked up 4K to it, but HD is good.

This was fairly easy to install. I am using it for a monitor to go with my laptop but it's also great for watching videos from Amazon Prime. The stand places it a bit farther away from the wall than I would prefer but, all in all, it's great.

I bought this as a bday gift for my husband for the bedroom. He loves it. We have an HDTV in our living room and this just looks so much clearer. Even the sound is pretty loud- no sound stick needed for a bedroom. Installation and setup was quick and easy. We've had it for about a month now and so far so good.

Bought this TV to replace a Sony 40 inch TV that stopped working. I love the TV/remote, However my wife doesn't like the remote even after mastering it. The TV periodically loses the internet connection and asks for the password and or router configurations which can be annoying. It's a smart TV, so with smart technology comes a learning curve and some hiccups. Overall it's a great picture, and a nice upgrade from the Sony.

Not normally a Samsung fan, but this 40" 6290 TV was a GREAT purchase to use with my PS4 Pro. The interface works well, and the picture is great for gaming. My opinion is colored positively I must note by getting it as a great Black Friday price as well - and being able to pick it up at Best Buy immediately!
