Purchased Samsung products in the pass with no problems . Was a x-mas gift for my daughter and just hooked up today . You will need a 4k hdmi cable and make sure house equipment is 4k compatible , Easy to set up and no problems with picture and sound . Four stars because of being so new .

The picture is sharp....great color.....the remote has dew byttons but what is there controls the TV just fine. Netflix 4K movies play just fine with no skips or have to buffer all the time at all.

We bought this television through Best Buy on Black Friday 2016. So far so good. I wish the remote that we received with the television had a mic touch button to faster search with while using the smart TV functions (ex. apps, browser). The television is in our living room right now and the internet/Wi-Fi router is stationed right behind it so it gets full signal. The 4K is way better than I thought it would be. We really enjoy watching television together now and playing video games. Although, we only have the Xbox One right now and it doesn't support the 2160p but we played with the Xbox settings until we got it up to 1920p. We have Netflix and can now get the 4K exclusives on the television app.

This TV does pretty well with video games and cartoons but live action programming leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't handle blacks very well and grays arent good either especially when you have blacks fading into gray and into white. Sometimes backgrounds are blurred and appear to be static against moving things in the foreground. It's hard to explain what I mean without being able to show you. Think about the new flannel shirts and underwear commercial where the fisherman gets his arm ripped off by the fish and how the flannel that makes up his shirt is static as the person moves. The picture quality is very poor when an SD picture is displayed but when you have a 4K signal it starts behaving like a quality TV. My wife and kids primarily used this TV. I use the quality TV downstairs.

Purchased the TV over a month ago. Have thoroughly enjoyed it. The quality of the picture is excellent. Had a little problem figuring out how to use the remote to turn up the volume at the beginning.

I absolutely love this product, haven't had any problems with it whatsoever! Great picture, not quite as clear as I'd thought but overall it's a great TV! Would definitely recommend it, but at a lower price than what they're asking for it....perfect for Black Friday though! Lol!

Bought this TV during the Black Friday sale for my mother in laws bedroom. The price was cheap and the picture quality is superb. I am extremely happy with this purchase.....so is the mother in law.

I picked this up for $299 as a bedroom TV and I couldn't be more pleased! The picture adjustability is great, the smart TV functionality is superb, and the sound / picture quality is excellent.

Solid value on this TV - I was hesitant at first but my concerns were quickly alleviated - Would buy again and in fact may add a 65" Samsung to our home - great picture and yes even on live sports

The TV is great so far. We bought it to replace an older Samsung tv that just went dark on us and we've only had it for 3 years. I hope this new one will last longer. Great picture for the price.

Colour and definition is great. Makes sports events more interesting as one can see the players faces as the games proceeds. Would recomend this unit to anyone interested in the 40 inch systems

Long time Samsung owner. All my tvs from them are great, this one has great detail, strong picture quality, and very good sound. ALSO I really am happy with new remote design and menu screen.

I bought this tv for my son and the quality of the tv is awesome. I usually will stick to Samsung or LG when it comes to electronics and they have never disappoint me. I would recommend this!

Clear, crisp picture. Got it as an upgrade for my girlfriends old 32 inch led. The screen on the old one was going..the ultra 4k brings a new depth to viewing new and old movies and tv shows.

This is a great TV and samsung online had a really great price with free shipping. Set-up was easy, the picture is excellent, over-all a very good purchase and highly recommend this model.

Very nice TV for the money. Over all Plays well in all facets. Of course standard tv is its usual self. Blacks are sketchy but can live with that. Remote very basic but use the cable remote mostly anyway. Good value as the set plays very nicely even the sound not to bad.
