The remote is not universal, so you'll need to use one of you other universal remotes. Getting to the sleep timer on the TV using the remote takes several steps.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to Best Buy on Thanksgiving night and really wasn't looking to purchase a TV but then I saw this 40 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV and just couldn't pass it by for the price. This TV is so lifelike when watching primetime show it looks as if you can reach out and touch the actors. And a added bonus it has connectivity with just not your standard 2.4ghz router but also 5ghz I have seamless 4k streaming on Netflix YouTube or any of my online services. This has been my best purchase so far during a Black Friday or any other time of the year.

It even IDs what's plugged in. Only difficulty was adding it to my U-verse remote. This is why Samsung is at the top!!

Went to a little larger TV and love all the built in options. Sound was a little hard to get used to having it up to 50 at times to hear it, but overall great TV.
