We went with a 40" 4k. We heard that that was the way sets were going. We didn't want to buy a 1080 only to have to replace it in the future. I guess you could say I am still reviewing this set. We have only had it for a few months, so we don't all of the bells and whistles yet.

It was time to join the rest of the world. I read a lot of reviews and spoke to BestBuy employees at the store. I had my eye on this one and purchased it when it went on sale. I'm very happy with it. My grown kids will be happy when they come to visit, too. "It's about time, Mom."
