The picture is gorgeous-- from all locations in the room. Watching blue ray and 4K ultra are almost better quality than the theater - and I get to bring my own snacks. Great investment for under $300. Definitely recommend!!

This is a Smart TV and it comes with Netflix and Amazon Video apps. The picture is much better than the older 55" Samsung in our living room. The sound is good. Set up was easy. On sale!!!

Needed to replace an old 32" Sony LCD they stopped working in our bedroom. The unit Footprint is basically the same but screen size much larger. Smart functions work great and has good built in speakers. Great unit for the price!

Unbelievable picture clarity. Got it on clearance for an unbeatabe price. I have larger Samsung tvs as well for the bigger rooms. They make the best tvs without question.

Samsung 40" 4k Picture Perfect but Drops WiFi....

WIFI constantly drops after 2 mins and will not connect again. You must download manually contacting Samsung and flashing a new firmware to the television to fix problem. Returned. Shouldn't have to flash a new TV.

We compared them side by side connected to DIRECTV. Watched several sporting events and also connected to Netflix to watch 4K. We liked the picture color on the LG. The LG was $100 more but well worth it so I returned the Samsung.

When the room dark and so will the brightness of the TV which is not something you always would want. You then will have to go to the brightness to make the picture brighter again overall it is a high-quality product.

I mounted it on the wall and moved my desk about a foot from the wall so that I can use it as a very high resolution PC Monitor. I slide my chair back another foot when I use it as a TV. So far it has worked out great!
