I love this TV! When setting it up, I had a question, called a Samsung rep, and he walked me through it. Turns out, you can call 24 hours a day, and someone will be there to assist you. The sound quality is excellent, and the picture is crystal clear (the "dynamic" picture setting on this TV is awesome!). Samsung is a top rated TV, and I purchased this TV sight unseen, because of that reputation. the price was excellent as well. I ordered it and had it delivered the same day; couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this Samsung TV; you will be pleased!

Love this tv has slightly WiFi hiccup maybe 2-3 but still going strong even after 2 moves. 5 years strong. Beautiful picture and sound. Excuse my bobs burger but that picture n color is great. Would love to get another one of these for my living room

Good item to buy own its a gift.....the color ..the size ..the weight..included is the contrast..did you think to see c learly was possible?..i think its a smart item..do you??

I like the TV...like the picture quality, like the incorporation of Smart features. My only dislike is the remote control. We get our TV channels via internet streaming, so we constantly are using Smart functionality, the button design and positioning on the remote for Smart controls (up, down, L, R, & OK) are difficult and clumsy to use. Love the TV ... hate the remote.

This Samsung replaced a very old Sony, same size, in order to be able to cut the cord from satellite television. The picture is beautiful and the color is phenomenal. It’s easy to use the functions. I’m very happy we got this set.

This is a low-end LED full HD TV. The smart features are unremarkable, so you'll need a streaming player to access all but a handful of services. There are only two HDMI ports, which is a headache if you're looking to connect multiple video inputs. But the picture is clear, the sound is fine, setup is easy, & the menus are simple & intuitive.

Very good picture and sound. Great price. Works perfectly for our bedroom TV. Easy to set up and hook up. Samsung provides lots of great viewing options as well as the off air ones we bought it for. Easy to connect to all of the streaming services like Disney +, Prime and Netflix. Bye bye cable!!

The Samsung Class 5 Series Smart TV is affordable and easy to set up and has straight forward Smart features. Really loving the picture quality as well as the sound. My only complaint is the remote responsiveness. You have to aiming it just right for it to respond to your particular need(s). Glad I made the purchase at Best Buy. Staff was very helpful and made the transaction super easy.

I am very pleased with this 40" Samsung Smart TV. It's the second Samsung Smart TV that I own and I really like both of them. This one is ideal for my small-sized living room in my duplex. Set up was relatively easy, although the process of connecting cable tv HDMI required some research into the "Settings" mode in order to get things right. My Amazon Fire Stick works flawlessly with this tv, and the wi-fi connection works great. I'm beginning to appreciate the Samsung Plus TV app that has scores of free tv stations including some great kids' channels and weather channels. Though the sound is good, I did purchase a nice sound bar to attach to it with the optic cable. That works great, too. I graded this tv four stars for one reason: the complexity of the tv remote. I am a senior citizen and somewhat tech savvy, but the Samsung tv remotes are not real simple to figure out at first. I think many older adults might find the remote off-putting and bewildering. With practice you get better. Ala in all, a great purchase. I would recommend this tv.

I purchased this TV before Christmas on sale for $269 so for that price this is a very decent TV. The picture quality is good (after some tweaking) and the sound quality (also after some tweaking) is a little bit better than you would expect for this type of TV. I can’t comment on the “Smart” aspects and Apps since I prefer to just connect a Roku and use that. On the negative side - there are only 2 HDMI ports and only an optical audio out. The other unusual feature of this TV is that the included legs are so low that there is very little clearance between the bottom of the TV and the entertainment stand it sits on so there is absolutely no room for even a low-profile soundbar to sit in front of the TV. You’d have to mount the TV or purchase an adjustable stand. Overall, I’m very happy using this TV in a small living room and can recommend it for that or for use in a bedroom. This is a great basic TV if you’re not looking for 4K or tons of features.

Good picture, good sound, easy setup. Channel changer doesn't have the same lag-time issue as my earlier model Samsung. There is a problem with the electrical cord staying plugged into the back of the TV - now held in with duct tape! And the remote is not as well organized - info and settings buttons are buried in the teensy buttons near the bottom.

Nice, clear picture. Still have to work out the volume varying from channel to channel. Would have preferred a higher stand vs the old one. Easy set up.

I replaced an 11 year old 40" Samsung TV with this new one. Finding 'smaller' footprint TVs is a challenge, and I am a diehard Samsung fan for TVs and monitors. This is a great TV with good options for SmartTV connectivity, easy to navigate options, and good fidelity for a small price.

Purchased for my daughter's new apartment in Grad School. Perfect size and works great. Very easy to install and set up. Price was great. We love Samsung TV's and smart tv at this price was unbelievable. Very friendly sales associates in the Spokane Store.

This Samsung TV is very nice. It' just the right size for my small living room. The colors are very vibrant. It was fairly easy to set up and just fits perfectly in the room.

Upgraded to a smart TV in our office/spare bedroom for those who do not want to watch sports on the main TV in our home! We hung it on the wall with an arm that you can move to the correct area you need. Its great when exercising - many apps for new options! Between Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix the choices are endless! The picture is beautiful and the price was incredibly affordable We are ready for winter! We purchased one for my elderly Mom and set it up for her - she is really enjoying it. when the kids go to her or my house they can easily set up their gaming devices!

We chose the Samsung smart tv based on quality workmanship on the cabinet and the sharp picture with excellent color of the picture. It was very easy to setup and we enjoy the “smart” features. It does not require additional electronic connections other than internet.

I found the tv to be very light and compact, and easy to mount to the wall. Connecting to our google fiber was simple and easily completed. The picture has great quality with excellent color. Just the right size for the area where being used. Very good value and meets our search.

Light, thin, easy to setup. Picture is perfect, menus are easy to navigate, remote could use some bigger buttons for the more important ones. The speakers are worthless unless it's on your lap. The settings have an amplify mode, but that makes them rattle more than the San Andreas fault. Good luck trying to find a fix as it only accepts blue tooth or optical sound out connections. Found a headset that works well, but not a great situation if more than one person is trying to watch it. Only recommended if you have super human hearing, like using subtitles, are watching it by yourself, or if you have a multi thousand dollar sound system to hook it up to.

We were having a hard time finding a new tv that would fit in our niche but finally decided to get one thats slightly too big. The tv has a great picture, is light weight and easy to set up and use. So far so good.
