This is a good quality TV, with good picture and sound. The reason i only gave it 4 stars is because when commercials come on the volume increases. I have this TV outside and the increase in volume is quite significant.

Delivery was fast especially since we're in the middle of a global pandemic. The packaging was immaculate and not a dent on the box. The picture quality is superb and the sound is also excellent. Haven't set it up yet I have a PS4 for all my apps so using the smart features hasn't been a priority for me yet. I had to change the picture settings a little for the PS4 and even that they make it easy. I see a lot of complaints about the remote but it seems fine to me. I've had the TV for a week. Will update in two weeks.

Excellent Television. The only complaint I have is the remote control device is overly sensitive. You may want to move your cursor to the next channel or the next item in a menu and the cursor flies through several items or channels. So you have to use a very light touch to make slight moves. Having said that, the remote might have some advantages since Samsung provides so many choices in channels and programs. A sensitive remote can be an advantage in navigating through so many menu choices.

Quality TV for less than $100. The picture is clear and it has several preloaded streaming options. I would recommend this tv for a bedroom or office.

I got this for my elderly Mom. She is able to hear it much better than her old TV and the picture is now very clear. I did have to tweak it a bit to suit her, though I think this had to do with the awful lighting in her living room. I was glad to be able to find a TV that will automatically come on in the mode that it was previously set to. So many of them take you straight to online TV and she never uses that. It is a good size, though I wish TV makers would make a 36" size.

We purchased this television for our guest bedroom. The smart feature makes it ideal as we do not have a cable connection in the room and do not see the need for one given how infrequently it is used. We are able to stream all of our platforms with ease. The picture and sound are amazing. In my experience, many smaller televisions suffer from sound quality as a result of the compact size. We have this mounted on the wall and the sound quality is exceptional. Perfect television for our needs.
