We Love our new tv. We've had Samsung before and probably will never buy another brand.

Great color and sound in area where I am satisfied with

A good TV which good picture quality but I didn't like all the extra steps needed to setup my TV. I use it for live TV in my RV so the TV gets a hard shut down every time I pack up to leave. So when I turn on my TV I have to go through the set up steps again which is annoying so I returned the TV for a VIZIO - 40" Class D-Series LED 1080P Model: D40F-J09 which was better just going to TV watch mode right away and not having to fight settings.

Love Samsung TV's and this one did not disappoint. Great picture and good size for a guest bedroom.

Good t.v except for the control doesn't have lights under the buttons so you can't see anything on the controller at night.

Excellent service with friendly atmosphere with several agents asking questions about my visit. Very knowledgeable of the items that I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Best-buy to my family and friends. Samsung is a good company with great products and I am very satisfied with my choice television.

Needed a replacement tv for our recreational vehicle and this unit fits the space allocated for a TV. It works great and the family loves it.

Prefect tv for kids room. Reasonable price makes a lot easier.It’s a little bigger on size for a small room but will work out.

This tv has the usual quality picture and sound you'd expect from Samsung. But setting up the apps is a real challenge. You have to go to the App page, locate the apps, and then download from the Samsung site - which requires you to register ahead of time. Then you have to select if you want to open the app or add it to the home page. Other tv's I've purchased recently (LG) already have the most popular apps located on the home page where they are easily accessible. Also, while this tv advertises Apple ready, this too is a challenge. Be ready to take some time to get this tv set up when you get it.

Great picture quality, only locked up once at beginning. Pulled the plug and reinserted, works great.
