I originally bought this TV for my 5 year old son in December, 2019. Unfortunately, he broke it by throwing something at the screen. We chose Samsung because you can download the Xfinity Stream app. There is no need for a cable box. It was on sale for $150. I waited and waited and never caught it that low again. I bought it last month, Feb 2021 for $240. I was unable to download the Xfinity Stream app. I called Samsung and they said you can no longer download that app on this model. That sucks. I will be returning it.

Works very well. Don't like the light sensing the darkness in the room and dimming the picture brightness. Turned off but it still senses the darker room and gets darker. No as much though. worth the price.

I found the sales people to be most informed, helpful and courteous. When I had to bring something back because it didn't work due to heat vents the employees helping me were pleasant, swift and, again, helpful. Both times very good experiences, for me, and this midst Christmas shopping and COVID! Also, if you didn't know, if you buy an item in the store (or online) they will deliver AND remove the item they are replacing with no extra charge. I recommend Best Buy to one and all!!!

Samsung seems to always hit the mark. You get a 40" with all the same features as the larger more expensive models.
