Happy with the tv and quality. Not a fan of the remote and wish it was a Roku tv. Did have issues with picture quality and “ghosting”. A hard restart fixed it.

It works great and has great sound, and its smart so you can not have cable but still watch great things.

Bought this for my handicapped brother in a nursing home to replace his old TV. It has a really clear picture.

This is a great new TV for my needs. I especially like that the TV remote has a Netflix button and a Prime button so I can go directly to either of those services! The only problem I had was that when I tried to schedule the TV set up and install with Best Buy (and I'm a Best Buy Total Support member), they wouldn't tell me when they could perform the service until I had paid them. And then I learned that the service would be 2 to 3 weeks out!!! So I called Hello Tech and they came out that day to install my TV and charged me less!
