    This was purchased for an elderly person and the remote is not real user friendly, even to me. Picture great, easy setup. I Recommend!!

    Have not really used it yet. Big test starts today when guest arrives for a week & this tv is in guest room. Very easy setup and has a nice picture.

    My reliable 11 year old Toshiba died and of course right in the middle of the virus lock down. Did I panic? It was close but no. Online research brought me to this Samsung. The next day I did an easy curb side pickup at Best Buy. I did need a Samsung tech support call to assist with set up of a non-HD dish signal into the antenna port. Hats off to them. Response was quick and all is well.
