    For some reason, in turning on the tv it goes to high volume and sounds echo-y. The quality is ok not the best when watching movies it looks pixelated.

    Steven was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable about the TV he help me with getting this to my car. Great Experience! I only shop at this Edgewood store because I always receive the Best Customer Service. I am a little disappointed in the Samsung quality of the TV not really the best picture maybe Samsung has changed over the years. I just expected more from Samsung! Nothing against the store. I will always come back and highly recommend this store.
