Great picture great price. No instructions on using remote control included-confusing and a big pain for my elderly mother. Buttons on remote and directions onscreen very small. Otherwise, I like the channels included and the available content. It was easy to set up apps.

Love having the SMART TV. The picture is clear. It was easy to set up. We were suppose to have 3 months free of Apple TV, but we could not get the subscription to set up. I think this TV is a good buy for the money. I would recommend this TV.

Great picture quality. The audio is awesome . Smoothness is a plus.

This Smart Tv has wonderful, vivid color. It is priced to sell fast. The TV is 40” and so makes a decent bedroom, playroom or living room set. Also I setup it up in 10 minutes on a stand and would also be an easy tv wall hang. Sound is good.

When we saw this deal we decided to add another to our bedroom. It's size is perfect and the price was reasonable.Picture quality is great, easy to use. Sales person was great in giving information on this product considering it wasn't what we'd gone into store for.

This tv replaces an old flat screen. The color is so brilliant I can’t get over the difference. The unit is easy to install and setup of the apps is straight forward. I highly recommend this tv.

Loving my new Samsung!! Great picture, good quality, color great. Very glad when I decided to get bigger tv for my bedroom that I chose Samsung 40 inch. I owned a 24 inch older Samsung before and was very pleased with that as well.

We currently have a Samsung QLED 55" tv in our family room but needed a smaller one for our bedroom. I love our QLED but I felt it was much more than we needed for the bedroom. So we picked the 40" - 5 Series smart Tizen. It took some trial and error to get the picture fairly close to the QLED but keep in mind that this tv isn't 4k and doesn't have the same local dimming and HDR features found on the pricier Samsung models. But even so, the picture quality is very good for a $299 tv and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The built-in streaming apps also work great. My only complaint is that the picture quality degrades when viewed off to the sides of the tv but it clearly mentions this in the specs.

The resent purchase of Samson 40" TV I bought is quite a bit more than I expected from a TV. Ease of set up and adjusting to my choices of settings was easy. Great clarity and sound control. In store employee help was excellent and polite.

We selected this Samsung product because of the company's reputation and the fact that it was the biggest screen we could find that fit our space. We like the product. But we LOVE the Best Buy experience - the ease of the sales process, the fact that they asked questions we wouldn't have thought to ask; the availability of the Geek Squad. Those guys were terrific - they knew their stuff, they listened to my questions respectfully and answered them clearly, and they took away all the trash! If you're hesitating to take action (as I was), go to Best Buy and be delighted.

Love this Samsung tv we purchased for outside and its worked like a champ. Its been outside for roughly one year and still works and the pictures comes out very clear. ' The apps to the tv are easy to download and use

I have several Samsung TVs and this one is for our bedroom. The picture quality is great, not as good as my 4K QLEDs obviously but it’s MUCH cheaper. I wish the processor was a little faster when using the smart TV functions and I preferred the super simple remote of the higher end models. For the price you can’t beat it though!

This 40" TV is nicely-sized for my bedroom. Color-wise, I still need to work on adjusting it until it's just right. As for its Smart TV operation, I primarily use YouTube TV. Last week, YouTube TV would not "load", but my other streaming apps (Apple TV+, Paramount+, etc.) loaded the picture/sound without any problems. I found my solution by Googling the symptoms. In addition to deleting and re-installing YouTube TV, I also unplugged the TV for 30 seconds and re-plugged it in. That did the trick, and YouTube TV fully "loads" and has been working well ever since.

I've got this hanging in a fairly bright room and the picture is great. Setup was easy. Glad it doesn't have that remote that came with my other Samsung that only has about 8 buttons that takes a lot of practice to figure out. This one is normal.

Exactly what I've always expected from Samsung televisions. Great picture, super lightweight for smaller wall mounts. Wifi set was simple, found out about Samsung plus TV (which is free) Great product! Buying a 50" now for the bedroom.

Good color and picture. Easy to install. Cost was a seller too.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Large screen size and beautiful picture / sound. We got it on a Black Friday Deal, so the price was right. I was able to mount on the wall pretty easily -> super lightweight. Highly recommend this product.

Great Samsung smart tv for the price. Makes a good tv for a bedroom, workout room or even garage. Get all the high dollar options as the high end Samsung smart tv's with 1/3 the price. Highly recommend a budget friendly option!
