Was looking for a smaller television for a specific spot in my home, and with the advice and assistance from Best Buy personnel, I purchased the Samsung 40”.perfect for what I needed.

Samsung was suppose to be the best but for some reason all my devices have great internet connectivity except this smart tv. I have tried everything and it keeps running slow and buffering when streaming. No other problem in home using other devices (iPads, smart phones, Vizio smart tv, etc) except with this device. It is also in same room as the router. After looking at other reviews I am not the only one with this issue. Therefore I conclude it is a defect with Samsung smart TVs. Please fix soon because your product is one of the higher end brands and we expect quality. Thanks.

Great picture and sound. Initial setup is a pain as it is time consuming and confusing.

We enjoy our new Samsung tv. We were able to find the exact size screen we were looking for and it was in stock! I ordered it online and we were able to pick it up in a matter of hours. Would not hesitate to check Best Buy first before shopping elsewhere. Very friendly and helpful employees!

I purchased this TV in November, 2024. By January, 2025, the HDMI port 1 no longer works. All of a sudden, the audio went out. I had to switch to HDMI port 2 to get the audio to work again. After 2 months, this TV already has a defect. Other than the defective HDMI port, the TV is fine. But again, it has only been two months.

It is hard to beat a Samsung. I like this TV. For the price it was a good purchase

Even though its a few years old and of course its new. I get to stream disney +, netflix, amazon prime and listen to pandora. Worth it. Samsung is the way to go for me.

Although it’s not explicitly called out, this TV does have the Apple TV update. You’re able to access iTunes content and airplay to the TV. The only rub is the Ethernet jack on the back has some sensitivity that leads to internet connectivity issues, but I would imagine this isn’t present across all units.

our 10 yr old sharp stopped working. lots of circles. you know. brought home the new tv. plugged it in hooked up roku and yep no oproblems
