I brought an open box item for my home and i will never do thst agian. The remote doesn't work to well and some other stuff is wrong with it.

Lots of bang for the buck here. Colors are accurate and the remote control works well. I have not had any problem switching between different sources. Set up went pretty smooth. The only issue I have had is pro basketball. The colors get pretty contrasty, especially the whites, they tend to just wash out. I think I switched the picture to the movie setting, which worked better overall.

Sony and Samsung are the only 2 TV's that I will buy and this Samsung I got at a great price. Still working and used everyday. Best Buy is a great competitor and when it comes to electronics we always end up buying there. Thank you Best Buy!!

The sound is muffled and I have a hard time hearing what is being said. The manual says it has Bluetooth compatibility but it does not. I would upgrade but I had it hung on the wall.
