Very good picture, the sound could be a little clearer.

It is just what I wanted. The salesperson was very helpful and the technician from the Geek Squad, Terrance, was awesome. A very nice houng man and was so helpful and understanding.

TV speaker has too much bass and volume needs to be adjusted everytime you change channels. Volume needs to be better without base banging out when you raise TV volume. Other than that feature everything ok. Disappointed about this. Maybe that's why tv on sale.

It is just okay at best. The picture quality just isn't there. I got this for my daughter and don't see it much, but every time I walk in her room and see the picture quality it is disappointing. Easy to use and set up. Expected a little more out of this Samsung product.

Nice for wall mounting in a side room or just to have something playing in the background of yiur kitchen, dining, or sitting areas!

My mother-in-law wanted this Samsung TV just because of it's brandname. Now she wishes she'd let us buy her another Insignia brand because it was a much better (and cheaper) TV before it stopped working. The picture quality on this Samsung is horrible. As an example, they were watching a football game last Saturday when we visited and it looked like you were watching football in the 90s! It's like this with everything you watch on this TV. If I were to factor in that I had drive an hour to return the first TV after it was shipped to us with a broken screen, I'd give this TV 1 star. Also, the first thing the lady at customer service said was "this has been happening a lot" when I explained the state of the TV when it arrived. We definitely won't be purchasing another one of this Samsung model and I'd be very wary of having any TV shipped since it's a "known" problem.

I chose this TV because it was a great value. I had a great sale person help me put it in my car. However, when I had a problem with my remote because I did not push the hidden button on the remote sensor on the bottom of the TV and came back and asked, the sales person was totally oblivious to what the problem was, they just tried my remote on another TV and announced it was fine.

Looked around for this size, Best Buy seemed to be the best choice. I have purchased two of these units and I am pleased with both. Both times BB has been the best price and I received them very quickly.
