    It has been very good for us. We have had two issues that we resolved with our Samsung remote. Once, my wife needed to call a Comcast representative to resolve a problem. It was a little complicated, but with step by step instruction, she cleared up the problem.

    The product works as it should. Was able to connect to mobile hot spot until I got WiFi. Best Buy was amazing at curbside pick up. Friendly, fast, and efficient. With everything going on with covid, they have a great system in place. Will shop again, covid or not.

    The first day after finally setting it up i noticed the screen was split into different shading. I tried a lot of fixes that I googled. Even after resetting to factory default its still there
