Went from a 55”to this 40”, I’m happy, but as everyone knows no matter the sound output is never as good as the picture. Maybe it’s time for the manufacturers to work on that too.

I love my new TV. It is the perfect for my needs. It is easy to operate and the picture is bright and sharp.

TV's have nice pictures and seem to work Great. No problems as of now..

TV looks good, took a little while to set up but all smart devices do. However, I am returning this as it requires a hard power re-boot every time you want to switch to apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc) from TV signal. Bummer. Will probably get credit and purchase different TV.

My first smart tv so it was a little confusing with respect to setup using the samsung app. Overall it is ok for the way that i use it.

This is my second Samsung Smart TV and I love it. Since I had a Samsung account set up, the installation of TV was a breeze. We are buying another Samsung Smart TV for our living room soon.

Love Samsung tvs. I have been buying Samsung television for many years and never had any issues with them.

Many apps and simple set up. Quality is decent for the price.

I really like this tv. It is light and has great resolution and sound. I am, however, disappointed in the remote control's ability to control the built-in apps. It is so difficult to operate that I use a Roku even though every app I use on the Roku is built in to the TV.

Bought this TV for my grandson and hooked it up to his new X-Box also purchased at Best Buy. Works perfectly so no issues good TV with the ability to stream so it worked perfectly as we don't want him watching regular TV.
