Very clear picture but the remote is a little sensitive

I purchased this TV on Sept. 9, by Sept. 30 the TV would not power on with the remote control it came with nor by pressing the power button directly from the TV. I called BestBuy to learn that they have a 2 week return policy and was directed to contact Samsung. When I contacted Samsung they wanted to send a technician to repair the TV. I declined because 1.) I dont want a random person in my home 2.) If the TV is breaking down less than a month after I purchased it then I don't want it. Submitted a ticket for a refund on Oct. 30, without hearing anything back from Samsung. I followed up on Nov. 4, again to no avail. I received an email from Samsung telling me to check my email because they provided a response. (What?) There was no attempt to reach me. I called Samsung today and asked for a Supervisor and was denied my request for a replacement or a refund of the TV. I was given the run around about why they never replied to my emails and told that the only optiond available to me are a repair. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product ever again. I am writing the attorney generals office for resolve because my consumer rights have been violated.

The television works like it's suppose to. It even has a time out like Netflix. "Are you still watching?" After about 6 or 7 hours.

What can I say..... It's a tv. Bought it for a bedroom tv and works. For 1080 the picture is very good and doesn't sound like it's in a tin can. Overall not bad

The tv and cable remotes are not Easy but l love the tv

purchased 4/16/2020, ATL open box item, everything was in the box , connect. scan and start watching all the great channels this TV has to offer. Did I say that I have "OVER THE AIR TV" not cable. I would buy another one. Very Very Happy :)

Just 'upgraded' to this TV after having my last Samsung for 10 years... Just wanted something with a bigger screen and capable of mounting on the wall. Crazy to think that the tv I bought 10 years ago offers a feature that this 'smart tv' does not.. there is no way to connect wired headphones to this TV. Even with an rca 3.5mm adapter it still doesn't work. There's also no built in bluetooth option. You're forced to buy an additional bluetooth adapter if you want any headphone for this TV. Better off going with nearly any other brand that offers auxiliary jack. Will be returning this tomorrow

It’s a great tv especially for the price it was hard to not buy.
