Curbside pickup was very efficient and easy and convenient. Product is exactly what I needed but I had no help to hook up. The Geek Squad was too busy to answer my questions and it took longer to install than it should have

Would have given it a 5 star except can’t figure out how to keep the guide voice from talking everytime you change channel without using the mute button!!

My kids really enjoy their tv’s I think they like having the app’s like YouTube and Netflix. Makes it easier for the to use them. The quality of the Samsung brand is great as well. We will purchase more Samsung brand items.

Found an excellent deal on name brand tv! Bought it! Immediately found it was availabe in store. Said they would text when ready. In two hours they texted me and i went and picked up. Set up was easy!! Thanl you BEST BUY!!
