Sales person was very patient and listened to what I was requesting. The TV is great and it was a very good experience.

I got this during Black Friday 2019. I put it in my recording studio to use as a additional monitor but also as a TV for down time in between work. It's a decent TV with ok picture quality and smart features which I have not used. Would be good as a TV for a spare bedroom or master bedroom.

Nice TV in general picture could be a bit brighter. but I'm old and some of these electronic adjustments confuse me.

These new TVs have such minimal speakers. I think you're supposed to hook them up to external speakers, but I don't. This was the only TV of its size that I could hear at less than 85 out of 100.

Satisfied and happy with the tv. Though had to find screws to mount it. Customer services at the store where very helpful in advising what we needed.

The first TV we got wouldn't turn on after 4 days, we took it back and happy to say that Best Buy exchanged it no questions asked, the second TV is working very well, very happy with it.

This is a great smart TV for the purpose of what we need it for. I ordered offline and it was fast shipping but we did however receive a busted TV and we took it back to the store and they swapped it out no problem!

Just an average TV and more expensive than others of the same quality. Be advised that it can not download the Xfinity app forcing you to rent an extra box. Our sales rep. said it could use the Xfinity app and that is why we purchased the TV. Turned out that information was incorrect. Expected more from Best Buy and this lack of accurate information was a major disappointment and not sure about buying from then again.

I love Samsung tvs. The cashier was nice enough to carry my 40 inch tv to my car. It would have been easier shopping if the store had carts.

Overall, this is an average TV if you're needing something basic. Picture and sound quality are ok. The biggest cons would have to be the slowness of the menu selection, as well as the number of hdmi ports.

I've always liked Samsung products . After purchasing this TV for myself in Dec , I knew I made a great choice . It has alot of apps and the price was even better . So I got one for my son on his birthday thank you

Bought for my daughter for college....all she will need and did not cost much at all! No problems with it so far, just like the other Samsung TVs I own. Only down side might be the refresh rate if your a gamer but not sure.
