So far the only thing I had problems with was setting up the wireless internet connection. For some reason it wouldn't connect using the automatic setup, but I manually set it up without any issue.

Great TV for the cost. Purchased to use it as a mobile TV to take out on the deck, move around to different rooms, etc. (Have it on a stand). Good over wireless, as all of the programming watched on it is streamed.

A year later and it still works like charm. No issue, works perfectly for our master bedroom

I bought this for my Father as a Birthday Present. He is very happy with it.

I have had a couple of issues with the TVs; ie, Netflix app disappeared so I had to reset TV; when starting TV sometimes need to use TV remote instead of cable remote to change it from app page to TV even though it was set to automatically go to TV.

I love my new Samsung tv. It fits perfectly inmy bedroom.

We are generally not grippers and are pretty good at keeping our cool. This review is merely an explanation of what we’ve been thru with the otherwise simple task of updating from an old TV. Samsungs have always been good TVs for us, but this Smart TV is like wrestling Jules Verne’s giant squid! It is not intuitive and thus a headache to operate. The built-in Samsung streaming service/app monopolizes and is blocking everything, not letting us download other account apps or making other adjustments. The Smart TV doesn’t always recognize our password. (We are diligent about not allowing typos!) We’ve been wrestling with this and seeking help for weeks now to no avail. Samsung’s tech support is terrible. Once we got thru the AI blockade, the human was not very knowledgeable about this TV. He did, however, give us a lead to another human, who turned out to be incredibly rude and unhelpful. We’ve about had it. We’re going to try the local Geek Squad and have a chat with the sales folk. If nothing improves by tomorrow, we’re taking it back and will look at changing brands to something more user-friendly. A huge disappointment and headache.

Excellent tv and allowed us to connect directly to xfinity streaming and not needing firestick or cable box.

The only issue is that when you turn it on it takes awhile to come on. I end up turning on and walking away for a few minutes before it comes on. Other than that it’s a great tv.

Purchased this television for a guest room . The fact that had apps, or they could be downloaded was a plus. No need to order a set top box from cable carrier to watch carrier

Ordered item on line for in-store pickup. Was very satisfied with how easy it was to order and how quickly I was able to pick it up. Store staff very helpful and loaded item into my vehicle for me.

Have always been a fan of Samsung this was an upgrade to my older model that wasn’t a smart tv. Which I had for 10+years

The TV is not a 4K but I knew that. The Black Friday price for this TV was the trade-off and there we received a lot of value at that price level. The picture is a step up from what I had before.

It is an incredible TV for the price; however, the television is no longer compatible with the app they advertise and will require a Roku or other streaming device hooked up to play streaming services. The screen resolution was not great for a 1080p.

Bought this for my in-laws to put in a bedroom. TV has worked great. Added benefit of internet channels thru Samsung (which we were not aware of when purchasing). Works great with their satellite box and a chromecast.

If I'm being honest, I've never watched this tv, I purchased for an airbnb. But I will say, I've never had any complaints, so yay!
