The set was purchased for a parent in a long term care home. I am familiar with the Samsung brand and it is reliable. Plus, Best Buy had the right price on it! This product was purchased in April 2020.

Excellent TV. I like Samsung because of the quality and long lasting lifespan.

I've had good luck with Samsung TV's and so I bought another for my niece for Christmas. I don't think she's watching it much though cause I think she's using it for her video games!!! lol

Picture quality could be sharper - former Samsung had a better picture - sharper and more vivid color. Would recommend if you want a reasonable price TV.

The picture on the screen is a little dark. Tried to turn up brightness up and its up all the way.

This is exactly what my son wanted as an upgrade for his room! This was even better because we didnt need the extra Roku anymore!

For the price a great buy. As this is a secondary TV, it met my needs. A sound bar would be a good investment if you are using this as your primary screen.

This smart TV is used as a TV and a computer. It is easy to shift between computer and TV usage. In each instance the colors are vibrant and accurate. Due to the size of the TV, The only complaint that I have about the TV is the set-up. Set-up was challenging.

BestBuy is the only safe place for me to spend my hard earned money when come to electronics. Samsung is my go to brand for TVs.

The tv works like a charm however i think ill have to change the control, im not used to it, it has too many buttons, maybe ill give it to my parents

works great! Far better than my Vizio! Very happy with the Samsung! Great processer! Works with my streaming service very well. Changes channels at lot faster and never has needed rebooted.
