Nice tv works well in our RV. Have many Samsung tv’s and have no issues with any of them.

The old axiom holds true - you DO get what you pay for. Keep that in mind when buying a $250 TV like this one. Set-up was easy, as usual with Samsung products. Picture is decent but not mind-blowing (again, for $250, what can we expect?). But there are two maddening problems that make this TV a dud. First - when I turn the thing on, about half the time the sound is horrible (I'm running through a Polk soundbar). The audio sounds like it's running through a kazoo. I have to change the source to a different input, then put it back to the soundbar, and that fixes it. Second - the sound won't sync with the video. I've spent a lot of time adjusting the audio delay but even with delay at zero, there is a slight delay, so the mouths start moving a moment before you hear what's being said. This drives me NUTS. Annoying. Maybe this is par for the course for a TV in this price range. I hope it craps out soon so I can get a better one.

The service was excellent and the tv was easy to set up. It was also my first time buying from best buy via pickup and the clerk was very understanding and helpful with the process.

Right after I bought the 40 inch two weeks later it went on sale. With my work hours I could not get back to store to get credit. Wish I would have waited for I would have bought a larger TV then 49 inch..

Good TV but does not work with Alexa as advertised and does not work with the Samsung app either. If these features are important to you, do not purchase this TV. Other than that is a good 40" full HD television.

Excellent value, perfect bedroom TV! Picked up a cheap stand, lets us swivel it around. God bless America

It’s the perfect tv for the kids room, sturdy feet, and has all the video app capabilities that the new TVs have. Just doesn’t have amazing video quality but it’s better than most

The TV arrived fairly quickly. We are very happy with the quality.

Setting up is time consuming. Plus had to do a reset twice because it seems to lock up.

took it out of the box plugged it in pushed the buttons on the remote set the comcast/xfinity and beyond remote to the tv and it worked

The Samsung 40" is a good size for a large bedroom and the screen quality is very good. I used a third party pedestal TV stand mount as the provided feet with the TV, located out on the edges, was not suitable for our width table.

Love hs product. It cooks the food in minutes and perfect. It saves so much time. So far, I have had no problem with the clean up. I definitely would recommend this to a family member and friend

Using the TV as a game. The kids love it and also us.

Getting the picture "right" is not easy to do. Unlike my 6 year old Panasonic plasma tv, I can't find optimal settings for this inexpensive tv. So, although the picture (contrast, brightness, color ) is good, its not great.

Can’t go wrong with a Samsung! It comes with its own channels and for someone that’s finally got away from cable thats a great thing!
