Love my Samsung 40" Class 5 Series LED Full HD Smart Tizen TV. It looks great and fits in the entertainment center perfectly. It makes my room look so much nicer and up to date. Love all the features!

First 40" Smart TV was defective. Picture kept going dark. As Preferred member & having 5 year warranty you agreed to replace it. I took a day off from work & new one was delivered but they refused to set it up and took back TV. I spoke to seven different people on phone with BB customer service & took another day off and again, only TV delivered. Spoke to five more people on BB customer service & took third day off & finally set up by Geek Squad. I was on the phone hours with Best Buy & Geek Squad customer service and nobody could help me have the replacement TV delivered and installed on the same day. My TV was defective yet I took three days off from work when it only needed to be one day. I believe being a Preferred Best Buy Customer, which I pay an annual fee for, gave me no additional benefits at all. Between taking extra days off from work, and being on the phone hours, many times waiting just to talk to an actual person, I'm very disappointed with your customer service. Not sure I'll buy from Best Buy again if it's going to be this much of a hassle.

I was limited to the size of the TV that fit my needs. This is probably the best TV in the 40” size. It is a good TV with a good quality.

I picked this up as a Black Friday deal for my 11 year old son. He was taking over the TV in the front room watching YouTube & Netflix so I couldn’t wait to gift him this and get my front room back. Good picture, sound and the setup was quick and simple.

I upgraded this tv from a similar model purchased 12 years prior. I was concerned how much extra bang for my buck I would get as I am limited to a 40" tv (which I know most people would put in their bathrooms :) Especially, as this smaller footprint cannot fit a lot of the latest bells and whistles larger tv's have. I was very pleasantly surprised with the much-improved clarity and user experience so felt it was a worthwhile upgrade. I am concerned they may stop making this size someday, so I also felt it was good timing.

Bought this tv for my dad. He almost returned it because it has a strange feature that auto dims which was very annoying. He thought it was broken. I finally figured out how to turn it off after spending a day on the phone with Samsung. Other than that the tv is great.

I love this TV. I tell time by what is on TV because I leave my TV on all night and when my TV lost its sound this TV purchase was exactly what I needed.

I needed a quality tv that didn't have a huge price tag and this perfectly fit that bill. I love Samsung tv's and this again met the quality expectations. Easy to setup, works great, the sound is good as it is (no need for a soundbar) and the picture is good. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new tv.

This Samsung smart TV has a really nice picture and easy setup, I had it up and running an a few minutes, it was a nice upgrade for my friend, her tv had lots of lines in it and the picture was so so. Now she is setup with a nice tv

I love Samsung TVs and this TV is what I expect when purchasing them. Great apps and easy to use- including Xfinity Stream so I don't need a cable box and can stream live TV. Price was on point.

This TV is inexpensive and easy to use. I was seeking an inexpensive TV that I could use in my room. This one does the job. The dim lighting of the TV is my reason for giving it a 4 star rating. It is easy to use with my iphone and has been performing well since I purchased it.

I really enjoy the 40 inch Samsung tv. It is so light weight you can almost carry it with one hand. It is easy to mount on a tv stand. For the class 5 series it works really good. The picture is also clear.
