Samsung TVs are absolutely the best ! Best quality and functionality

This Samsung 40” Tv is perfect for my moms room, it also has airplay 2 that works very well, I totally would recommend this model.

Great little smart TV perfect for spare bedroom would recommend

I've often bought Samsung products before thinking I was buying a superior quality product and the support of a large company. This TV worked great for 3 months, but after recent picture issues rendering the TV unusable I reached out to both Samsung and BestBuy for support. The warranty option I was provided was to drive 100 miles to drop the TV off at a service center (then drive 100 miles home) and then wait for a repair and drive another 200 miles round trip. 400 miles driven to get warranty coverage is completely useless. Do these company's really think that this is what real support looks like or to they make you think you're getting a warranty and then make it practically impossible to utilize it? Thanks BestBuy and Samsung. You've lost a customer who has purchased several TV's from each of you over the last several years.

We purchased our TV 2-26-22. It works great and has great color without any problems.

Excellent experience with Geek Squad. I would recommend using their service as the service representative went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we were familiar with the service and product and how to fix glitches.

TV was an upgrade to a smart TV. Picture quality is good however it is a little glitchy. Hulu logs me out frequently and Netflix takes a long time to load.

Had to buy a new tv for my son's room. Samsung is the way to go. All my tv's in my home are Samsung.

Decent flat screen for the price. Not the greatest for low light viewing though.

Very nice machine! First time buying Apple product from Best Buy. Everything went smoothly and I received the computer faster than I would have through Apple.

The voice goes out sometimes need to turnt. Off then back on
