Well,as close as last Christmas i've purchased the 32" for my wife and fell in love with it so i had to help myself also.

I have no complaints on this TV. It has been working great since I got it. I like the YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and more that's included in it. It was a great purchase!

Its unfortunate, 10 months post purchase and already experiencing a 5 min warm up after turning it on, and issues with screen. Sound is on, but no picture. Even though on lower end, thought a Samsung would last a little longer prior to experiencing issues.

It works well. Family uses it in grandkids room. No complaints

Good tv for my kids connects to wifi good no issues

I love the TV, especially the feature that allows to go on Internet. However, since I started watching it more, I discovered a crack in the middle of the screen. I called Best Buy three times, all unsuccessfully. My most recent call two days ago lasted two hours, I was transferred from one operator to another, and the last one just disconnected. Yes, we are in emergency situation with COVID. Yes, the operators are in social distancing mode. However, this is not a justification for the poor service, lack of knowledge and rudiness

This TV is in the bedroom. The color on the TV is crisp, sharp and beautiful. This TV is an excellent choice. You won’t be disappointed.

Love the tv. I like how the options can be controlled from the Smart things app on your phone. Gives a level of control remotely.

We have all samsung tvs just up graded size for daughter

would have given it 5 stars, but would not connect to wifi unless it was unplugged and plugged back in. Took one call to Geek Squad and two calls to Samsung to get it to connect when powered on without unplugging. Working good now.

I love this TV, it has all the bells and whistles. Comes with 200 free channels and Alexa can turn it on and off.
