    i liked the quick and efficient pick up option it was a BREEZE and the Customer Service Associate was pleasant and quickly placed it in my back seat :)

    The picture is good but getting good sound out of it is not the best. Menu is very limited and not easy to get around.

    I bought the plan so techs can come to house when I have a problem. Was not told it would hold for a 40" TV. My husband is 85 and sick, I am 80 and cannot carry the TV into the store. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on a talk to talk basis and now I am stuck with a TV that goes very dark after 8 pm and next to impossible to change the picture. not tech savey so using the settings button is out of the question. I have always gone to Best Buy for tech help and now feel stuck in not being able to enjoy watching TV at night.
