Have always had good luck with Samsung products, having eight TVs in various sizes

What amazing, crisp clear video quality, not to mention the various streaming options.

I believe ANY product, even a manufacturer's lower priced models, should at a minimum have much better than what this one provides. Specifically, I spend a lot of time adjusting the picture expert settings each time I stream something, whether it is via the same streaming service, or different ones. The brightness sometimes bleaches out faces, and when I try to adjust this even slightly, it can go to state of being dark. in some parts of the screen. Realizing the issues related to internet connections which effect quality, I tried dvd's. Although there was more consistency from scene to scene, I still have to re-adjust the picture setting when playing different DVD's. Whether streaming or playing DVD's, there is a graininess similar to that when using a really fast speed type of photo film. We got this when our 10 yr old Visio stopped working, during the beginning of Covid-19 shelter-in-place orders. I would return this product but right now it is too much of a hassle. We had no similar problems with our old Visio.

This TV shows a pretty good picture however it's extremely annoying to navigate through the different apps.

We have 3 LG tv’s in our home and all are great. This one is huge and is nice to watch movies on.
