I bought this tv for my guest room. Smart TV set up was a breeze! The picture is great too! I got a great price right before Thanksgiving! I have no complaints!

Bought this for my parents for Christmas and am very pleased. A pretty straightforward set up, not difficult at all. Sound quality is very good, no need to buy a sound bar! So far, they are very happy with it!

This television is worth every penny, its chic, its mega clear and it has a crap load of options as far as sound and picture. Its super easy to set up and its a good size for the average room. I love it.

This is my first out right purchase of a television. I was not disappointed. I was afraid I would be overwhelmed by all the features, but was super easy to set up and use. The picture is crisp and Inlove it!!!

I have no problems with the product. In fact it fits perfectly where we use it. The unit is working very well. As to the Geek Tech. - - Heather knows her stuff, and set up the TV very quickly and properly. MY PROBLEM IS WITH MY OTHER TV AND THE REMOTE SHE WAS TO SET UP FOR ME. She was rushed, and she got the tv working with the remote, BUT---- Whereas my old remote controlled the tv and the volume with outside speakers, now I have to push several buttons on the remote to go from sound to picture. When I push volume control, I get all sorts of messages on the screen telling me that I have to push the right button. Before, I used the remote without switching from receiver with outside speakers to tv pictures. She was in a hurry, and did not finish what she started. I wish she will come back and fix my new remote like the old one I had. It should not be that difficult a job when you know what you are doing. I just don't know how to fix it.

Pleasantly surprised by this little Samsung 40". It's truly a smart TV. So much better than the TV it replaced. Color is vibrant. Easy to set up.

Real a great place to purchase what ever you need. The personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. zI bought a Samsung 40' TV great picture. I wish I could have bought three more.

This fits the bill for a simpler TV with a few extra smart features, especially if you still use older equipment like VCRs, DVD players, and stereo with TOS link. This remote still uses a classic number pad which better if you use this for mostly OTA programs. Not a fan of the branded buttons for major streaming services which require subscriptions. These buttons are inconveniently placed and get accidentally activated. Smart platform could have faster response, but is good enough at this price.

It's been a month of enjoying my new 40 inch Samsung smart TV. It has performed as expected: loaded apps response with remote ok; but, biggest drawback remote doesn't have BACKLIGHT, making it very difficult to operate in the dark. Too, I counted on being able to use the SPECTRUM app, but, it seems it's not free, cannot sign in/up without giving up current internet provider. Otherwise, Samsung is the best brand on the market, with great pricing and technical support and setup for this model smart TV.

Love this TV, my last Samsung lasted 10 years so I knew I was getting another one. Couldnt be more pleased with this one. Sound and picture quality is great, just what I was looking for. This was an "open box" item so I really got it at a great price, I'll definitely be shopping the open box items with anything I need from Best Buy.

This is my second Samsung TV - purchased for the bedroom and very happy with it. Very nice picture and very nice price! I would definitely buy this again!

very happy with the TV - it works in the area designated very well. It is one of the nicest TV's I have erver had. Some confusion with the cables and such that was needed required a 2nd trip back to the store - that was a slight inconvenience> As an older person I prefer quick and easy shopping not neccessarily excess trips. So that would be the one thing that I would have said didn't make a perfect shopping trip***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

instructions for set up were clear and manageable. Connections were easy, except there could be more information in the manual explaining how to synch the remote to the cable remote.

This is our first flat screen smart tv replacing a 36" tube tv. It is just great! Sharp picture and fantastic colors! Best Buy associates were very helpful with us choosing the tv. Thank you for all your help with the Samsung purchase!
