    Our delivery timeline was a 6 hour window (7 AM to 1 PM). Our delivery arrived 35 minutes beyond the 6 hour window. Also, we specifically told the sales clerk that we did not need the washer water hose, but we were charged for it anyway. The installer stated that he was unable to install used hardware (connecting the hoses to the washer) so I said I would connect them myself.
