Geek-certified was supposed to mean something

This one was a newer version from Open Box that was Geek-certified. I had it ordered to my house where I had to install it myself and got only so far when the programming refused to complete. I called Samsung. I called Best Buy. Nothing worked. I reboxed the tv and returned it to Best Buy. I reinstalled my old tv and got it running by adding a FireStick. So much work. I'm obviously disappointed.
