Intermittent Audio

Periodically the volume will lower a few notches and remain there for a minute or two then will rise back up to the initial setting. One day, the TV volume was barely audible when setting was raised to 100. Thought it might be the cable company – their agent said to disconnect TV Power cord for 1 minute – that cured that issue. Today when TV was turned on, there was a deafening noise from the TV speaker. Shut off TV and later tried it again and it was normal audio. Samsung was no help. The TV is less than 90 days old and their walk in Service center is 52 miles away. It looks like this is my last Samsung purchase.

Samsung - Is it the one?

The quality of the sound is not good. The color quality was just ok. I'm working on trying to adjust the sound as well as the color. I would still continue to purchase Samsung products in the future.
