Horrible! I bought 2 Samsung tvs for Xmas. One is great, the other is defective, has a white light shining on top of s screen. Best but refuses to take it back because I was 24 hrs late on their return policy. Completely ridiculous I been a dedicated customer to best by for over 30 years. Now you sold me a broken tv and because we didn’t open the box till a little later than when we bought it. I’m stuck with a broken television??? Never again will me or anyone I. My large family buy groom Best Buy again unless u exchange my defective tv that u sold me.

Good TV for a guest room. Remote isn’t the best but yup eventually get the hang off it

Samsung has always been a quality television before it started making them in China. Now like most everything else from China it is substandard and is not at all reliable. Sadly American consumers have little choice in buying a quality television.

Only noticed one problem, won't work with head phones.

Awful Customer Service at Samsung 800 number.. We couldn't even download Paramount Plus on this TV so we called Samsung and they said they didn't support Paramount Plus but, the booklet and on the website show they do. So if you Steam Paramount Plus Do Not Buy this TV... WE TOOK IT BACK TO BEST BUY FOR THIS REASON AND IT WASN'T ANYTHING THEY DID BY NO MEANS.. I just want people to know about this before they buy it thinkibg they can Stream Paramount Plus.. THANKS T. King

TV was on sale and my Mom needed a new TV so I bought it...

My only problem is the sound comes out a little muffled

The smart tv was easy to set up and started enjoying all the features very quickly.

We bought this as a bedroom tv, and although the quality etc is fine, it keeps losing Wifi signal and having to be reset frequently. Would probably have returned if we used the tv regularly. Had to buy a wifi extender box to provide an ethernet connection

Great television for my mother in law! She has no complaints.
