I bought this TV after my excellent 15-year old Samsung finally gave out. I could not believe how much worse the new one was than the 2009 model. The color was awful. Everything on the screen looked bleached, even after adjusting settings for contrast, tint, color, etc. Skin color was bad. The sound distorted at higher volumes. And, unbeknownst to me, it is a four-year old model (2020)! My advice: Buy another TV.

No HULU app

Some of these lower end Samsung TVs do not have HULU and can’t load it. Different packaging on this one than other 5200 series that I just checked in the store. I am returning it.

Dark screen

Tried contacting samsung have had no luck. We We call the wait times have been outrageous. So what we are doing is just sending signal from my laptop to watch netfix
