The sale was over before I could see a member of the Heek Squad. As it turned out, the old tv did not have a problem. This tv was returned unopened. Your staff was very helpful.

Alright but tedious

Every time I turn it on I have to manually disconnect the TV's connection and reconnect it to the internet for it to work.
