Good value for the price, just don't set your expectations too high. Picture quality is marginal vs. bigger, more expensive TVs. Audio is also marginal but EQ helps a little. User interface is a bit sluggish.

Great picture, sound and value for the money. It was a smart TV to the max with all the bells and whistles included.

Great tv. Easy to setup and program for my streaming services.

Photos are deceiving. It shows the TV has hulu however after giving it as a Christmas present we are unable to find hulu on the store. Trying to fix this with Samsung now. This should be made clear on the purchase page.

Picture is no where near as good at my 55" LG or my 32" Sony which is 8 yrs old. Have done all I could to adjust color to get a better picture, no luck. If it weren't for the pandemic would have returned. No longer have the box.

Perfect size for the guest bedroom. Easy to use and set up

The remote is HUGE. The remote and menus are not very intuitive and HULU is not available. I did get Amazon Fire so I could agreeably use it. Also, picture is not the best. It was on sale so I'm happy enough with it.

I would never buy this tv again. Multiple issues, but the worst is that every once in a while when you turn it on it comes on with audio FULL BLAST. Great way to give everyone in the house a heart attack, especially in the wee hours of the morning. Occasionally it also decides to barely have any audio at all. Unplugging it is the only way to fix both issues.

It's OK. But... it disconnects from wifi often idk If that's normal or what. Like if I'm watching Netflix it gets interrupted everytime. I almost want to return it for another. My other TV didn't do this.

Fit perfectly in my office space and for the price

Was good at first. But after the first week the remote control stopped working. I changed out batteries and still nothing. And now the tv won't shut off. I downloaded a remote control app. I turn the TV off with the app from my phone. And seconds later it turns itself back on. I have to unplug the tv to keep it off.
