    I researched and researched for a moderately priced Samsung but not as happy with the picture quality as I was hoping. And the instructions for using cable vs smart TVs were confusing and difficult.

    Too old model, it does not have automatic ignition programming, I definitely do not recommend it

    I purchased a Sony for my living room, always been a Sony buyer, this ok but wished I went with the Sony product. But this will work for the bedroom.

    Bought this for my son's apartment on 9/24/19. It was fine at first now its very hard to hear, it shuts-off on its own and struggles to stream NetFlix and other streaming platforms. Like I stated it worked find at first but in the last week it has started to have a lot of issues.

    Audio was terrible. Low end resonant distortion on the two I tried. Problem in the design or assembly. Other than that, the picture good, I/O good, remote good, user interface great. I bought an AU8000 which had the same user interface and good audio.

    It’s very difficult to keep TV paired with cable remote. We’re constantly reprogramming the cable. We haven’t even attempted to pair laptop or anything else with it. TV picture, sound are very good.

    I love the tv and the features, especially the on screen guide, but it says on the box it connects with Alexa and it doesn't!!

    Cannot figure out how to set the volume numbers on this TV. It will not set like my other Samsung that I got at Best Buy on Jan. 21, 2016.

    À cheap manufacturing quality material comparing to a previous TV with same brand name and specs when it comes to secure the TV from the frame and the bottom support basé

    Everything is great except that the power cord going into the TV is loose. My sister in law has the same problem with her samsung that she recently bought and she had to tape it down for it to stay.

    I don't really care for smart products. Bought this TV because it was on sale. It turns on by itself and it's really creepy when this happens. I personally wouldn't reccomend this TV.

    My extra 2-yr warranty has expired and I’ve just recently started using this tv!!! It pauses for a long time before resuming programming and just too frustrating to continue using this basically brand new tv!!! I had Originally purchased for spare bedroom and started using myself once I moved in with my daughter. It worked well enough for a few months. I took a movies to capture what tv does but likely unable to post it here. It’s a throw-away tv

    I bought this tv and on the bottom of the screen the black plastic wasn’t assembled well and it shows a line of light for about 1/3 of the length. It’s quite obvious it wasn’t assembled well. With the stores being closed I have no way to go back and exchange. I attempted to call customer service and the wait was 2 hours, and I couldn’t get through. I tried chatting on their site and it kept getting disconnected. Best Buy is not prepared to handle sales during the pandemic. I’m done shopping here.

    Called Bestbuy and got a lot of run around and no result on getting the new remote or issue resolved. Luckily my old remote worked or I wouldn't even be able to set up the TV. Bad service.

    The TV was advertised as having Hulu installed on it. It does not. The remote is one of the most user unfriendly I have ever used.

    DO NOT BUY IT! The TV is defective. I was on the phone with Samsung Tech Support for 45 minutes. They tried everything to fix the issue. Eventually they told me that the TV is definitely defective. I am returning it back to the store soon as I can get my handyman to come over to take it down for me. Have to pay him yet again to take it down after having paid him to hook it up. Extremely upset!!! :(

    If I could give this zero stars I would. It was an open box item that never worked right, and in fact, another person's account was still on the TV. It took several minutes to turn on and sometimes still didn't turn on. It wiuld come on with no audio and other times with no picture. If you could get it to come on right, the TV picture would soon become blurry and pastel. Samsung did make it right in the end and sent me a check to cover the cost of the TV, but it was quite a challenge to get there.
