I mistakely bought not realizing it wasnt 4k. I stupidly thought that all TV's where now. So with that in mind it an ok TV.

It works, but the quality could be better. It had a problem with the sound going out one day a month in but resolved itself later that day.

the screen dims from bright to less bright. I would return it but I've paid for the protection. I need to bring in for a check.

so far so good - screen clear, no cracks navigation to adding addl channels (Max etc) not clear

Said would work with Alexa. It doesn’t work with Alexa because the Smart Things app doesn’t recognize this SamSung TV. Spent 3 hours with 3 different people at SamSung support.

This is my second Samsung smart tv. I was disappointed to discover a few days after purchase that this one particular model series does not support the Hulu App! Bummer!

Slightly disappointed in the picture quality. Not as crisp as I had expected. In fairness, until further determination, it could be the cable company!

Exactly as described. Micah from the Greek Squad was very kind, patient and respectful while assembling and installing the TV. Showed us the features of the TV and explained exactly how to use remote control (we’re senior citizens and not familiar with the new technology).

The frame is pretty thick, and I now find the 40” to be too small. 43” is the gold standard of minimum TV sizes. But operating system works good.

I liked it.only had it 8 days. But a black spot just appeared out of nowhere I returned. And got another just 43'. I love it better then Vizio. Which I been using forever.

This tv is actually very nice and easy to set up. I had to give 1 star because when we set it up and hung it, we then realized you’re not able to stream Hulu on this TV. I had no idea that a smart tv would limit streaming service options and it should’ve every clear.

Difficult to navigate settings. Picture does not fill the screen..

After it on for over an hour the sound lags from the picture up to 5 seconds behind. I'm in the process of trying to get it figured out. I reset it, unplugged it, changed the settings and it still does it.

Got this one as an opened box item. Well it looked like someone damaged the screen soon as we got home. I reported but they made if seem as if we damaged it and wouldn't exchange it. I usually have recieved great items from BB but this one put a sour taste in my mouth.

I wouldn’t recommend this brand. I miss my Sony Bravia

The picture is beautiful. The audio sounds like people are talking in a can and THAT can't be changed. Very disappointed in this.

was too hard to set up; it took me many days to get my hook up with the Cable

TV worked great withe great picture for a little over a year. After that the power has gone out and will not come back on
