Glitchy Samsung model

There was a "clinch" with the TV not turning on.

Reworked outlet situation and the TV is starting to have the same problem. Have been too busy to followup with tech support. Will soon be trying to have the problem repaired or the TV should be replaced.

Regretted Purchase

I've had quite a few of Samsung's TV's and this is the worst one yet. The adjustment of color and intensity of picture is almost impossible; I've been working on it for weeks now and nothing improves. The user's manual is scant and not helpful and I have few guidelines for getting an acceptable picture. If I had the energy, I would have returned it. But with the pandemic, it's just too much trouble. I wish I had not purchased it.

My cord was missing

I ended up purchasing my own cord on amazon.

This new TV has 2 serious problems

It blinks off for 5 minutes or more and then comes back on. This is the 2nd one of its' kind we have had this month. Geek Squad suggested we return the 1st one after only a week because it was doing the same thing. We did, and now are having the same problem. To add to that now we have no sound!! The hardest thing is getting technical support. We have the GEEK Squad total support package, but "sending it back", seems to be the only suggestion.

Broken in less than a month

Within a month the TV was broken, the screen is going out. I purchased the warranty, but only wants to swap out the TV for no-name brand without Disney service so I am at a lose lose situation. Do not buy this TV! Also, I would hesitate from buying something from Best Buy at all ever again.

Online directions are confusing and not easy to understand ! Plus, Samsung Plus which is included are channels that not widely watched. It would be better to not include tham at all! I would not ever buy this again. Could not return because of Hurrican Ian !!!

TV ok, Geek squad not so ok.

However, I had home installation for a TV that cost less than $300 and I was charged $584.00 all totalled. And the geeks did not connect my tv to internet as my old tv was connected, so I can't use my microphone w/ my remote, can't get Netflix and a bunch of other things requiring internet. I've called, begged, pleaded for them to return and finally a few days ago, someone at BB told me they would revisit me and correct the problem. I have no confidence.
