Avg picture--weak Wi-Fi reception--always need to re-start Wi-FI password was my problem after one month of use--cannot be considered Smart and HD appears dull

The "clinch" was supposedly because I had the TV on a power strip. Reworked outlet situation and the TV is starting to have the same problem. Have been too busy to followup with tech support. Will soon be trying to have the problem repaired or the TV should be replaced.

This is not one of the better Samsung TV's. I've had quite a few of Samsung's TV's and this is the worst one yet. The adjustment of color and intensity of picture is almost impossible; I've been working on it for weeks now and nothing improves. The user's manual is scant and not helpful and I have few guidelines for getting an acceptable picture. If I had the energy, I would have returned it. But with the pandemic, it's just too much trouble. I wish I had not purchased it.

I would have given 5 stars but the cord for the tv was missing and when I called I was transferred around and then hung up on. I ended up purchasing my own cord on amazon.

Easy to set up, great features, great price for a Smart TV! Samsung is always a reliable brand.

I've had this TV for 12 days and I am disappointed!! It blinks off for 5 minutes or more and then comes back on. This is the 2nd one of its' kind we have had this month. Geek Squad suggested we return the 1st one after only a week because it was doing the same thing. We did, and now are having the same problem. To add to that now we have no sound!! The hardest thing is getting technical support. We have the GEEK Squad total support package, but "sending it back", seems to be the only suggestion.

Picture quality is not that great. Expected more from Samsung.

I purchased this TV so I could enjoy Disney streaming service and Netflix. Within a month the TV was broken, the screen is going out. I purchased the warranty, but only wants to swap out the TV for no-name brand without Disney service so I am at a lose lose situation. Do not buy this TV! Also, I would hesitate from buying something from Best Buy at all ever again.

Good value but seems even smaller than the advertised 40 inches. Colors not as vibrant as they appeared in the store

I've been trying to contact you for hours? I finally got a chat with two people and the last person said 'goodbye' without advising me. I'm not satisfied with that.

Picture was too dark had a hard time setting it up.

Not easy nor any directions to install you present cable programming or streaming programs. Online directions are confusing and not easy to understand ! Plus, Samsung Plus which is included are channels that not widely watched. It would be better to not include tham at all! I would not ever buy this again. Could not return because of Hurrican Ian !!!

TV is ok. However, I had home installation for a TV that cost less than $300 and I was charged $584.00 all totalled. And the geeks did not connect my tv to internet as my old tv was connected, so I can't use my microphone w/ my remote, can't get Netflix and a bunch of other things requiring internet. I've called, begged, pleaded for them to return and finally a few days ago, someone at BB told me they would revisit me and correct the problem. I have no confidence.

Since purchasing this tv, I have had to get a direct TV box because it would not connect right, I had to factory reset it because something caused a glitch in the sound, and it kept losing Internet access when everything else was still connected.

Nice enough for the outside deck but the size was a bit small so I went up to the 43 inch Qled!

The picture is mediocre and the sound is terrible, even with a sound board.

does not get hd channels i get with my other tv. the channels i get are very sharp.

Just okay picture. Trouble with operating system interface. Will not stray from Sony again. Sorry Sam.

Dose not have Bluetooth so it is not worth the money
