The TV is good but unfortunately did not fit on our existing mount. So installation was trickier than anticipated.

Could not program to work with cable tv. Tv goes back to home page when you turn on Instructions did not cover, einsight website was no help

The vision is blurry sometimes and I tried all the different picture settings. Would like to know how to fix that problem? Please and Thank You

Bought an OPEN BOX that was advertised as EXCELLENT condition. Received a tv with cracked screen and dented edge. (Not shipping related) as box was intact. No remote . No power cord. Just a junk tv they tried to pass off to someone. Had to waste my time to return to our local store. Never again!!!

Purchased the TV. Everything was great for about a week. Then, turned it on one day and a visible single black line is near the upper left hand side.

Not worth the money. The audio has massive issues. At volume level 13 it work normal for a while. However, periodically it has issues to volume level 13 is blaring. Turning off and on the TV multiple times will finally reset the volume correctly, but pulling the power plug and counting to ten seems to works the best.

The color is not as deep and the contrast is not good as the LG that I replaced. There are minimal adjustment options.

I like Samsung TVs and currently own one. However I purchased two of this model and both HDMI ports on both TVs would not accept my cables. Told if I went in at the right angle and pushed harder it would work. It wouldn't. Try doing it when there is a hanging bracket installed, it can't be done. Will put my Sony back up.

TV works fine but every time I turn it on I have to reboot it to connect to the internet again. I have called Samsung support and spent 1 hour on the phone and it still isn't fixed. I have emailed support but it takes a day for them to respond by asking me one question and not giving me any solutions. I will probably return this TV before the 2 weeks is up. So disappointed. Expected better from Samsung. Don't buy if you want to stream shows.

Not thrilled about the giant remote. I'm used to the remotes that came with my other Samsung TVs. A good tv for the price otherwise.

Not great picture quality and I’m not fond of the Samsung interface.ok for a cheap tv.

Purchased this on 9/14/19 and on 10/18/19 it doesn't turn on. Past the 30 day return period. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty which I shouldn't have to use since it's still new. Will contact manufacture first.

It’s an average tv, nothing great. We will put this in the workout room and purchase a SONY like we have had in the past.

This was purchased for a family member with a tiny room, and they like it.

What a disappointment of a purchase, purchased to use in conjunction with an android based treadmill and to that end it works. However, had to disabled AirPlay to make screen mirror work and built in apps completely useless as they won’t launched. Huge miss by Samsung.

If this TV is for your parents, stay away. Spent one hour on the phone with Samsung just to connect TV to Wi Fi. Very hard to navigate. Listen to other reviews stating that remote control is horrible. It is. It does not work properly. You have to press every button 5 times for it to work. What a disappointment.

It’s just a tv…sometimes the cord will fall out the back, but otherwise it’s okay!

I found the light too bright no matter the setting on this TV. Ultimately I returned and exchanged it for an LG TV.

Very poor colors and low quality sound. Screen turn white from about 30 degrees to the side.

Its a little expensive for just an 1080p 40" tv and have only tested the over the air channels and not impressed ao far.
