I love Samsung. I actually picked this tv first but because there was a power cord missing I had to return it.

The contrast on the television is too bright. Difficult to see picture. I definitely have to return it.

DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. CANNOT FIND SOME THINGS WE STARTED SEEING

I loved the first Samsung I bought. This one not nearly as much.

My screen went out and less than a year. I would double check before buying or get the warranty with it.

Worst tv on the market. the Home chose lists only the 4k channels but its not a 4k tv. using the cable hdmi gets the right channel but the cable remote can't pair with the tv like it says. I added my discovery+ and of course that comes in at 4k even though its NOT a 4k tv

I have no idea what to say. The box arrived beat up and I'm waiting for them to come out and exchange it.

The product seems to preform satisfactorily. I was not interested in high performance.

Tired of re entering a new password every time I order something or pay my bill I have done it 9times

Bought this tv for a computer monitor to display multiple pages on one monitor. Does what I wanted.

Samsung has more difficult set up didnt have kind of multiple ports we needed for all devices we wanted to set up

Wondering if this tv has a voice remote?it is a Samsung and want to buy a voice remote for itwhat do I buy

I purchased 3 of these TVs as Christmas and birthday gifts within the past 3 months. 2 of them have Hulu and the other one does not and I cannot download it. This is a bummer to 3 siblings for them all not to have the same program available for them to use. This is my only complaint on this product. I don’t understand how 2 have it and the third does not.

remote did not work...poor sound...Ok picture quality

The power cord that plugs into the back of the TV keeps getting loose and needs to be pushed back in a lot

There’s no Hulu! Would’ve bought another tv if I’d have known.

While watching this 6-month old television, a crack developed behind the plasic screen and continuously got worse for the next hour, by which time vertical and horizontal lines covered 2/3 of the screen. Both Samsung and Best Buy said such "screen cracks" are not covered by the warranty. I'll never by another Samsung product again.

We are very pleased with this Samsung TV. Great color and nice size. Not too big but big enough. We bought the first one online because there were none in the store and it came damaged but there was no problem taking it back to the store it was an easy return and the TV is perfect. Highly recommend.

LED is great quality used for a spare room and is great for that purpose
