Great looking TV, but once I found out I couldn't stream twitch from my phone to it I returned it.

Smart features are clunky and unintuitive. Menu is very clunky to navigate.

Picture quality isn't very good. Ok from 10 feet away. Terrible from 5 feet away.

I just upset that it don’t support the hulu app , but it stated that the app was supposed to.

Picture is okay but struggles with local free channels. Use same antenna on different set and it works fine.

Good product but am a loyal fan of Sony products. Would choose if it was my second choice.

I will return this TV to the store. The brightness is dull and not adjustable.

Doesn’t live up to the name brand of Samsung. Volume is low and picture is dark even on the brightest of right. You get what you pay for

The quality of the TV is good, but I ordered a 50-inch, and I am just seeing that this says 40- inches. The next time I pick up a TV from ordering online. I will check everything. I am disappointed in that process at the Glen Burnie store or online description something went wrong.

Overall the TV is average. Price was reasonable but for a Samsung I was hoping for a better picture.

Bohght this in july 2022, its feb 2023 and it broke. Flashes the noise and the screen goes from black to dark purple. Bought this one because the last one I bought lasted 1.5 years. Glad I got the protection plan... let's see how this works.

So many issues from the start with sound, pixelated screen and not responding to remote control. Was also very slow to start up and lagged many times. It completely crapped out on me after only a year of owning it. Don’t think I’ll ever buy a Samsung tv again.

like samsung brand tv's but was unable to keep it because i couldn't get cable box installed.

It picks up more channels and has much reception than my old TV. There’s no cable available where I live. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to make it stop talking every time I change the channel or volume. Also the picture is rather dark.

OK for the price. Kind of lags sometimes or will turn off on own.

This TV has fewer features than my 10-15 year old Samsung that would not turn on for unknown reasons. I determined that I couldn't fix it because I didn't know exactly what part was the problem. New TV is not as good overall as my old Samsung.

A christmas gift! Have not been opened yet. Will know soon how good it is. Just 6 more days left.

Works really good. Can't complain cause it's definitely a step up from what we had
