Best Buy stinks

They may promise next day delivery but it’s a lie. It didn’t show up as promised making having an adult home to sign a challenge. Pick up in an hour. Also a hollow promise. Amazon and Walmart from now on. I’ve been a top level rewards member for 20 years and they treat us like crap. Never again

Totally frustrated

I thought an antennae had been ordered but there was some confusion and it was never ordered. I don't get all channels. I receive frequent messages on the screen such as "This is an audio channel and includes no video signals." No videos signals on a TV?? Can you understand my confusion???

Don't buy for YouTube TV!

DO NOT BUY this TV if you want YouTube TV. Would've returned the TV, but didn't realize the issue until three weeks in, and Best Buy won't take it back. Boat anchor.

Very unresponsive keys on remote you click to the left 3 times and 10 seconds later maybe you Will be on The desired selection.
