Keep losing the signal so have to pull the HMDI cable to reset the TV.

This was a gift and I am enjoying the smart tv. Samsung is the only brand of television we purchase because we have had such great luck with them.

Power cord keeps coming loose from the back of the tv.

color of screen fades with side viewing, assemblage was not difficult

Sound was lagging. Had to return. Got replacement and that has a lag as well. Packing up a second one for return is not what I had hoped to be doing at this point. They seemed to not have too many of them so I’m guessing that it might be a cheaper made model and not bought frequently.

After returning the 1st tv because it didn't work with Youtube tv. exchanged it for another one 2 weeks ago. We have the same problem and are now told it is incompatible and we should get a different tv. but we are also told that after 2 weeks we can't return the new tv. Just really annoyed.

Flimsy and poorly made replaced with a sony...much better product

Can't get hulu but can get Disney. Should of bought a roko tv.

The TV is an average TV, it works okay and it hooks up to wifi.

Medi-oker ... was reasonably priced, low quality returned for a Vizio.

This the is the first Samsung I’ve purchased in a long time. Not a fan, I hate the menu and the quality is terrible compared to my Sony’s. Only needed it for my office and the streaming from my phone to the tv barely works. Not the best purchase I’ve ever made

Ok but slow. It takes longer than my other TVs to connect

During the dark scenes it’s very difficult to see what’s happening. We’ve tried different settings with no luck.

Tv died 29 days after purchase outside your restrictive return policy. Samsung has been impossible to deal with. This was a Christmas present 2023 to my daughter. Very disappointing and purchase was a sacrifice since I am on social security. Poor quality product no service. Never again
