BUYER BEWARE— Bought the 40” Samsung UN40N5200AFXZA Full HD TV. Hulu is not compatible with this TV model. Not sure if Hulu’s fault or Samsung, but either way, this TV will not work with Hulu currently.

Compared to all my other TVs this one is harder to navigate and download apps for some odd reason I cannot get a Google app to download nor find one other than YouTube.

I have owned a few Samsung TVs over the years. This 40’ Samsung TV is perfect in my bedroom. Very user friendly.

Two days ago now it wont turn on or off....first tv that quits this early. Hopefully will be able to get it fixed or replaced.

The Samsung tv that I bought was defective. Would not Connect with my Internet in order for me to watch my Apple TV! After many times of trying it myself I called Samsung help line and they got me all fixed up! However after turning my TV off and running an errand and coming home and turning it on, once again would not connect with the Internet. this happened again the next day and after calling Samsung help line it was working but after turning it off and then back on again the same thing happened! So my Samsung tv is back at the store!

Worst ever. I purchased the tv returned it within a few hours because of issues now the 2nd one nothing but problems as well since past 15 days best buys won’t let me exchange for a different brand. Will never buy a samsung again

The speaker is already distorting. Past the return date. No more Best Buy purchases.

DO NOT BUY!! It was an ok tv when it worked but we have had this tv for 1 1/2 years and it just stopped working. This is my sons tv and is not used at all while he is away at college. Says that you have to download an update on your own USB and reboot.Did this but did not work. Called Samsung after seeing this as a common problem while searching for help online. Their solution is that they say it’s running in a loop and for us to put in a code to get a repair ticket for a tech to call and tell us how much they would charge us to fix it…$200. No Thanks! Never buying Samsung again!

I'm returning the tv the screen flashed all white for a moment and now has a white line at the top of the screen

Bought the Samsung because I can load the spectrum app and watch my cable anywhere. Perfect for my motorhome.

The came without screws to put on the legs so the tv can be placed on a tv stand and I don’t know how I’m going to find these screws I don’t want my tv on the wall this is a Christmas gift

This tv keeps disconnecting from WiFi. I always have to reset network and settings...yet that does not resolve the issue. After further research it turns out that this model has the problem I have.

After reading all the reviews I decided to buy this TV. I will be returning it. All the colors are whitewashed. You get what you pay for. I will be buying a higher quality TV.

If you want to watch sports or movies this tv is not for you. The colors are very muted and there is significant pixelation when watching sports.

This TV sucks. Video quality is horrible, and sound quality sucks too. The price is low but i expected better of a Samsung TV.

Great television, but there were four screws missing, because the item was sold as an open box. It cost me $32 to buy four screws for the feet that were missing.
