TV does not work well with APS for HULU/Netflix/Amazon. Turns off constantly or just gets stuck while viewing programs

The television had a black spot in the screen within a month of purchase. Best Buy would not back this purchase. They told me I should have purchased a Geek Squad warranty. I would expect a television would last more than a month. Poor customer service and they lost a customer.

I don’t get it. I only got this because of the reviews. I have 2 roku TVs. This thing TAKES AGES TO LOAD!!!!! Should have gone with a $60 cheaper tv got faster loading. Picture is ok, nothing special.

Seems to be good quality for the price. I did gave to play with the picture settings.

This Tv is jjust the right size for our living room. It is clear and the sound is good. The picture is bright and is easy on the eyes.

Did not come with screws for legs. After researching i found out this is very common and you have to buy your own screws separately.

Got it March 5th and it went fuzzy, turned off and won’t turn back on. It’s March 25th. Really disappointing because I always buy Samsung.

Very happy with this TV. First one I bought was damaged, but they replaced it.

TV’s input connection was broken. Ended up returning that one for Toshiba.

well got the tv for a Christmas gift and it was already missed up and wouldn't turn on and we had it for 8 months not sure yet what is wrong with it, we have took it back to Best Buy to have it fixed

Connecting to the internet is always a problem. Took it back to bestbuy and they supposedly had fixed the issue,but it keeps the same problem.

I have to unplug and then plug it in to turn on. I havemt had time to return it not what I expected from a Samsung TV.

No antenna needed with Samsung Plus TV 242 apps and all free, so far...

Returned because the speakers on this tv are not good. Volume has to be high to hear any sound.

Screen went black. Tried to return three weeks after purchase and we were told too late. No money back or exchange.

Not impressed. I usually get Samsung, but this one defaults to a terrible TV kitchen show every time I turn the TV on. It will not function unless I unplug in the TV and replug it in each time. Also for some reason without explaining it I have been charged 14.95 to my card by Samsung as some sort of subscription, which i have spent much time trying to get cancelled. it It is such excessive hassle. Not happy

After all these years, it still works perfectly. I would buy it again
