Samsung builds some of the best tv's I've seen, this is my 4th one.

The html connection is off far as the fit it’s to small I bought a new html cable thinking that would work the same problem occur Samsung need make better fit

TV just stopped working one day with red indicator light. Never experienced this with other brands. Should've stuck with LG - against my better judgment. Had to pay to get it repaired.

The quality of this item was amazing and the price was just right!

I should have known better when this TV was on sale for $199. To good to be true. This TV is not worth the headache. It constantly disconnects from the internet..requires multiple resets and it is slow to launch apps. Luckily this is used for my home office so it is not a main TV. I will stick to LG TV for now on.

Broke TV in seven months didn’t cover it’s not cover for anything besides electronics that burn down or power electric shouts it no good for nothing don’t buy the protection is ripoff and waste of time .

HATE this television. I bought Samsung thinking I was buying a dependable television. WRONG! I regularly have to unplug television to reset it. (At least twice a week if not more) It’s smart but not smart enough to receive Peacock network. I know equipment gets outdated but I bought this one year ago and it’s already obsolete. I do not recommend

Samasung has always been top of the line and never disappoints

Inferior product to other Samsung tvs we have. Base not stable, power cord was too short (compared to other cords of Samsung and picture quality wasn’t as good as we thought it would be.

Easy set up & purchase. Made shopping so easy. Love Best Buy

size was an issue (much smaller than previous 40" due to trim). picture quality was not great either.

This is a great gift for Christmas. I got it for my mother.

Tv came without threads for the wall mount system, I liked the picture but could not mount it

We've had several Samsung tv's but this one was a disappointment. Would not turn on without unplugging and plugging back in. Happened several times so I returned because I was concerned it would quit working altogether.

Love this TV! Great features with lots of free channels.

I had high expectations for this T.V however there is something off with the sound. If it wasn't for Covid I would return it.

I've been waiting 2 months for a refund. I've called so many times that I've lost count. I still haven't received it. I'm so disappointed and, I'll never purchase another product. I'm cutting my credit card up.I just received that. I didn't wait to pay you,I should get my refund now.

The interface to set it up was very intrusive as they ask you to put your email it seems all they were doing is collecting information. I returned it.
