Piece of junk. Sound goes out to complete distortion. Has to be unplugged constantly to reset any streams.

Worst tv ever. Hooked up my cable box to it with hdmi cord on hdmi 1 or 2 doesn’t matter and even if I click on it, it will not bring it up. I have to go to the one where it’s plugged in at unplug it plug it back in and then it works. And I have to do that every time I turn off the tv

Had this tv 2 months bought November 12th Watched it on 5 different occasions and now the volume is distorted and the return time expired January 24th. Today is February 20th. Junk total Junk

The picture is not clear, its fuzzy. We need someone to come out and adjust the tvs sharpness

Tv not working at all I’m sorry i bought it after I reach Jamaica I found out it’s not working

Works well with my Roku. The pre-installed streaming feature is a bit complex and unfriendly.

Not happy! It was an open box. It was missing the power cord and the remote. I will be bringing it back.

Less than 30 days from purchase, I had turned the tv off while it was fully functioning and now I can’t even raise a flicker on the screen. It has power as the standby light is on and all connections have been triple checked. The power button on the tv gets no response. Terrible choice to buy this

This is the second time I've ordered online and had problems. You guys need to get it together with your shipping. Its horable! Next time I'll buy from Amazon.

On occasion when you turn the TV on the screen background is pink and there is no sound. You have to turn the TV on and off several times before the screen and sound return to normal. Very disappointed since I have always heard Samsung TVs were the best. Very disappointed and the time to return to Best Buy has expired even though it has only been a few months.

Extremely poor quality color, light from my lamps reflect in the screen and the sound is horrible. The right speaker has this occasional vibrations that almost sounds like farting. Hopefully this problem will be solved with a sound bar.

I real hate that this tv isn't bluetooth capable i was told when ask that it was.but isn't
