I’m disappointed with this tv. The colors are faded and the movement is jerky.

Not satisfied with the TV, difficulty setting up, problems with channel identification, poor reception. Would not purchase again.

I wanted a 43 inch Samsung so I traded it for a 43 inch Samsung that is very nice.

I still haven't gotten my computer if I don't get it today I am cancelling the order

Returned. TV is rather thick and heavy. Legs are awkward. Overall not worth the price for the outdated appearance and specs, IMO.

No customer service or personal contact. Waited 15 minutes for assistance but no one responded

Tv fit where we needed it to. But the actual picture quality is not very good. Have it hooked up to a dish receiver using a HDMI cable.

Purchased this tv about a week ago. This is my 2nd Samsung tv. I found out after the fact that the Hulu app is not compatible with this tv which in my opinion is ridiculous. My older Samsung has the Hulu app preloaded. Had I known this ahead of time I would have never bought it

Disappointed with the picture quality, have tried adjusting it a dozen times and it doesn't even come close to my 8 year old plasma tv.

We have only had this TV for 7 months, and it has stopped working. The power won't come on. And THEN, when you go to Samsung's website to try to get it fixed, it's a total run-a-round. We have had to submit a service request. Apparently, it's still under the 1 year warranty, so we're still waiting to find out if Samsung will fix it.

Maybe it is me but I am not impressed we the color and picture quality on this television. I wish I had seen it on display before I bought it.

I returned it in less than a week because the screen kept going dark!

This tv is so incredibly frustrating. The sound is horrible and cuts out every 15 seconds. The picture glitches, too. It does this on cable as well as through any streaming app.

2nd one, works good for about 3 years then dies. Throwaway

Didn’t care for this item took a while to program the tv i got tired n frustrated left it alone about a week them it started working

Good solid TV. No issues. Purchased for my son's bedroom and he loves it.

This Samsung had a blurry picture from day 1. The color wasn’t right either. After many calls to Samsung over many hours, we returned the tv. It wasn’t fixable. And after investigating further, the tv was manufactured in 2019. At a price of almost $300 this is not acceptable and the Samsung series 5 should be removed from the floor and should not be represented as “new.”

Had issues with Samsung TV. Experienced sound issues the day after my return date expired. Not happy at all with my purchase.

I returned it. Found a better competitor. It was Bot the greatest value. Do your research if you buy a TV

When I got home and plugged the TV into a power outlet, the screen has major pixel damage. I took the TV back to the store but was told that the damage did not occur in the store and must have happened in my vehicle on the way home.
